Look at other things in your life such as, your car, your spouse, and your friends and guess what…
You chose them all.
You must realise that you chose them and to change these outer circumstances meaning your outer experiences that stems from your decisions.
You must first change yourself from the inside.
Where Do You Start?
To do this you must change your decisions and your beliefs about what you are capable of achieving.
What you are capable of having…
What you are capable of deserving….
You feel terrible because your life is not how it should be, it is not how you want it be.
But the truth is…
“You will always get more of what you focus on.”
Your life is terrible at the moment because you are focusing on it being bad and if you keep focusing on what is bad in your life you will keep getting the same cycle of that reality and even worse it will get worse.
It is All in Your Head
What Can You Do To Change That?
By learning to change your focus and moving your attention to the things that are working well in your life, you will start to create more of those things in your life.
In focusing on the things that are working well in your life you will start to notice that you are creating more and more of what you want in your life coming into your reality.
To change your focus you must first start to change the way you feel.
Start looking for things that you are grateful for right now and give thanks for them.
- Be thankful that you have a job
- Be thankful that you have a roof over your head.
- Be grateful that you are not alone in your life.
- Be thankful for the money that you do have.
- You can go even further and….
- Be thankful that you are alive and that you are able to change your current circumstances.
Gratitude is the key that unlocks your unlimited potential.

How Do Successful People Focus?
If something that is undesirable happen to your or around your take a look at your reaction to it.
This will tell you a lot about where your focus is.

They believe that somehow, someway there will be a positive outcome from it.
They believe that there is an irresistible force at work in their lives directing them through it.
Action and circumstance towards their own desires.
This is purely a decision that they made some time ago.
You see they decided to think a certain way and by thinking this way constantly and consciously, these thoughts became a dominant thought and a belief.
Some people would say that it takes approximately 30 days to create a new belief and in some cases even a shorter period of time if you use hypnosis or certain personal development techniques.
But personally it would say that it is different for different people so please don’t feel that this is set in stone because it is not.

Try This Approach
Try this approach and you will amaze yourself when you start seeing positive changes in your life.

Open your vision to the abundance that is all around you even if it is not something that you are personally experiencing yet.
Remember that you are never that far away from the great things that you want to happen in your life and by shifting your thinking and focusing your attention will bring those very things directly to you.
